Viewp.eu as a website is qualified as a work that falls under copyright protection, hence the download (multiplication), transmission to public, use in any other way, electronic storage, processing and redistribution of the contents or any detail of those of the Viewp.eu website is forbidden without the written consent of the Provider.

Borrowing any material from the Viewp.eu website and its database, even with written consent, may only be done by referral to the website.

The Provider upholds every right to each and every element of its service, the domain names, the secondary domain names formulated by them and the online advertisement surface.

It is forbidden to adapt or rehash the contents or individual parts of the Viewp.eu website; to use any software, which can be used to modify or index the Viewp.eu website or any of its parts.

The Viewp.eu name falls under copyright protection, its use – with the exception of referral – may be done solely with the written consent of the Provider.

The User acknowledges that in case of unauthorized usage, the Provider is entitled to damages. The amounts of damages are 80.000 HUF gross per image, and 20.000 HUF gross per word. The User acknowledges that these amounts of damages are not excessive, and browses the website accordingly. In case of copyright infringement, the Provider will apply a notary testimony, whose costs will be imposed on the user liable for the infringement, also.

The User acknowledges that the contents of the Policy binds him/her in case of entering the website operated by the Provider, or reading its contents in any way. If the User does not accept the terms, he/she is not entitled to view the contents of the website.

This Policy is effective from 01 December 2015 and remains in effect until revoked. The Provider is entitled to unliaterally amend the Policy. The Provider discloses the amendments on the website 1 (one) day prior to the entry into force. By using the websites, the Users accept that each and every regulation concerning the use of the websites automatically apply to them.

Concerning issues not regulated in this Policy and the interpretation of this Policy, the Hungarian law is normative, with special regard to Act No. LXXVI of 1999 on copyright.
